HenLoader 12.52

A modified version of HenLoader for PS4 firmware 12.52, based on the original HenLoader by the GoldHEN team.

Description

HenLoader is a Blu-ray disc-based exploit loader for PlayStation 4 consoles. This version has been customized to automatically execute the Poops exploit on launch, removing the need for user interaction. The exploit is packaged as a standard Blu-ray disc (BD) that can be burned to a disc and used on compatible PS4 firmware versions.

Building

Quick Start

1. Install dependencies:

   sudo apt install build-essential make pkg-config libbsd-dev
   

2. Download JDK packages (see BUILD_INSTRUCTIONS.md)

3. Build:

   make
   

4. The final ISO will be at build/henloader.iso

Modifications from Original

• Removed Lapse exploit (Poops only)
• Auto-executes Poops on launch (no menu selection)
• Custom disc label and metadata
• PKG files included at disc root
• Custom logo support

Usage

1. Burn the generated ISO to a Blu-ray disc
2. Insert the disc into your PS4
3. The exploit will execute automatically
