nyx: info: streamline hw info from fuses
- Compact and group relevant values together - Use actual value name instead of register name where possible - Fix LOT code masking - Fully parse and show LOT code (it's the same marking on die) - Correct X coordinate parsing (9bit 2s complement) - Add product code
