f110f97099 hos: refactor fss to pkg3 
To `fss0` config is now renamed to `pkg3`.
`fss0` still works but is deprecated.
Additionally `fss0experimental` key is now renamed to `pkg3ex`

3630c2a099 pkg2: fix ini size when not using mesosphere 
Important in case the same ini1 space is used and stock kernel is new.

Additionally, also set the hash for the 3rd section, even if empty.

7fab13b76d hos: correct meso version masking 
And also use the version instead to decide for relative INI1 base setting.

080e3e2aa7 hos: disable AHB aperture before secmon launch 
Seems that old secmon were missing that and it may cause bad behavior on boot.

Only affects stock old secmon versions.
