refactored anyway at some point and this "works" for now.

build: fix macOS compile and dist packaging

Build Horizon OC Zeus / build (push) Failing after 4s
Use portable sed for title_id extraction, copy hoc-clk output into dist/
correctly, and ensure overlay output directories exist. Rebuild dist after
upstream merge.
