Format for adding pchtxt's to this folder is as follows.

/{TITLE_NAME} - {MOD_NAME}/{VERSION}.pchtxt

For pchtxt conversion to cheats, the Title ID must be added as a comment after the @nsobid- line for it to be properly detected.
