Format for adding pchtxts to this folder is as follows.

`/{TITLE_NAME} - {MOD_NAME}/{VERSION}.pchtxt`

For pchtxt conversion to cheats, the `Title ID` must be added as a comment after the `@nsobid-` line for it to be properly detected.
